Affordable wedding ceremonies for under $2,000, in country locations.  What more can you ask for.   I Do pop Up Weddings is a group of professionals who have got together to offer couples a alternative to the expensive weddings that are out there.  Our ceremony packages are very stylish, and we have a couple of set venues to choose from, but we can also set up a ceremony at your own location, around Byron Bay, Lismore, Ballina, Casino and surrounds.

Our set wedding Ceremony packages include the Venue, The Celebrant, A photographer, Decor, and Finger Food catering after your ceremony.

Optional extra’s to add on a reception if you so wish.  High Tea Ladies offer High Tea Wedding Receptions, and Picnic Wedding Receptions or they can do a finger food style buffet.

Mother’s Day High Tea or Group Picnic

Mothers Day is a day to say thank you to your Mother for everything that she has done for you over the years.  A family get together is a special way to say just that.

Not too many people these days have the nice fine china to set up in their homes to make Mothers Day special for your Mother.  Nor do they have the old fashion picnic baskets or picnic blankets to have a family picnic and make it extra special.

This is where we come to your assistance.  We  have all the fine china, and we have the old fashion picnic baskets and also the picnic rugs,  On top of that we will cook everything for you, and deliver it to your event if you are in the Byron Bay, Ballina , Lismore or Casino areas.  We not only deliver, we set up, we serve and we clean up.  So why not make your Mothers Day special and ease the burden on yourself by getting us to do it for you.

All food is home cooked, and we use the fresh ingredients from our local area, as well as from our own garden.

Baby Shower Catering in Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay and Surrounds

Baby Showers, Blessing Ways, Christenings are a great way to share some fun times with your friends an family.  But all the stress that goes with organizing the catering decor, how are you going to find time to do it all.

Baby Showers in Particular need to be healthy for the expectant mother, but at the same time a day to remember.

Well we have the answer for you.  High Teas are a great way to celebrate any occasion, and as we serve high quality loose leaf teas, including green tea and herbal tea, there is a lot of choice, and we can usually please all tastes.High Teas can be a sit down event or can be set up buffet style.  Either way we deliver, set up, serve , and clean up.   Decor for the tables is included in every package, and we colour co-ordinate to your theme.

Ice tea is a great idea to have for when the guests arrive, and waiting for the High Tea to begin.  We serve in a decanter with small milk bottles and straws.  Looks very nice.

Group picnics are another lovely way to have a Baby Shower, Christening or Blessing way.  They are a little bit more relaxed, and you can create a lovely relaxed atmosphere.  We deliver our picnic’s in old fashion picnic baskets.  The picnic baskets have crockery, small teapots, cutlery, serviettes, hot water flasks in them for your event.  You choose your gourmet selections for your picnic, and they are presented inside the picnic basket in a small esky.   Picnic Blankets can be set up with special decor to suit the occasion.

Picnics in Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore and surrounding areas, the old fashion way

Picnics are such a lovely way to celebrate a special occasion either for a group or a couple. In days gone by it was the main way that families and friends got together.

Group Picnic’s can be so much fun.  You not only enjoy the gourmet food for lunch, but you have the ideal situation to play old fashion games, just like the good old days.

If you are having a family reunion, a wedding, a engagement party, a company picnic or just celebrating your friendship with some friends, a relaxing picnic can be the answer for fun and involvement.

High Tea Picnic’s are also great for Hens Parties.  We have done a few of those in Byron Bay, when the girls are staying in Holiday Houses.  

Layered Salads served in Jars, Layered Sweets also served in Jars, Home made meat loafs, terrines or premium leg ham. is on the menu.

Scones, bread rolls, high Quality loose leaf tea.

In each picnic basket there is a small teapot, china, serviettes, hot water flasks, Wine or champagne glasses.  Everything you need for your picnic.

Cheese platters can also be organised.

Mobile Caterer

High Tea is not all that we do.  Even though we enjoy doing our High Tea Catering  with all our fine china, lace trimmed tablecloths, silverware and all the trimmings, we also do Morning Tea Catering, Afternoon Tea Catering, Lunch and Picnic style catering.

Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea – We do not do it by halves.  We deliver your morning tea to your premises.  Serve the premium loose leaf tea in china teapots, set up your goodies on three tiered trays and then clean up for you.

Lunch – Choose of gourmet sandwiches, finger food, salads in jars and sweets in jars, or just sweets.

Picnic’s – Picnic catering can be for two or a group.  For couples or smaller groups of up to 36, we can deliver in old fashion picnic baskets for your enjoyment. All your china, utensils, serviettes, teapots etc is in the picnic basket.

Over that we would set up buffet style, and the guests would receive a cardboard picnic box to select their food and place in the picnic box. Everything is in the picnic box for your guest to enjoy his or her meal.

High Teas, afternoon teas, with our royal dolton  china is not the only thing that we do.  We also do picnic style catering.  

Picnic style catering is great for seminars to get your staff enjoying one another company and working as a team.   Home made cold meats such as Meatloaf, terrines, silverside are on the menu.  Gourmet layered salads served in jars with the dressing on the bottom, and delicious sweets to die for.  

Whether you are going to enjoy a Elegant High Tea or a casual Picnic, we set up, serve and clean up for you.

Our catering is unique and also very healthy.  We use all of the fine ingredients and all food is home cooked, giving you that extra experience.

As we are mobile we can bring the best to you, whether you are in a Holiday House in  Bryon Bay or your own home in Lismore or Casino. It does not matter what you wish to celebrate as we will theme to suit the occasion.

So whether it is your Mothers 80th Birthday or your daughters 7th birthday we can create a beautiful spread to suit.

If you are thinking of trying to raise some money for a charity that is close to your heat, we have great deals to assist with that as well.a with 10 guests or a birthday party with 100 guests we do it all.

If  we do a High Tea, whether it is for a Hens Party with 10 guests in Byron Bay, or a birthday party  in Lismore with 100 guests, we deliver, set up all the tables with the fine china, lace trimmed tablecloths, and decor to suit.  We serve and we clean up.

Picnic catering is done is Old Fashion Picnic baskets.  It can be for two, for a group or event a Wedding Reception.

Romantic Picnic packages, include cheese platters, picnic blanket, cushions, wine glasses, crockery, utensils and decor.

Picnic’s are such a lovely way to spend the day either with a couple or a group.  Romantic for couples, fun for groups.  Wedding receptions can be set up in a heap of different ways with pallets, tables and chairs or picnic blankets.  They can also be set up inside or outside.

Valentines Day

Valentine’s day is very near.  Have you decided what you are going to do for your Valentine.?  I have the best suggestion that will wow her or him.  A romantic picnic.  Just think.  You tell your valentine you have a surprise, you drive them to your favorite location in the area, and then you get out the picnic rug, cushions, picnic basket full of gourmet food, wine glasses and cheese platter.
