We have introduced  new services to our catering and Ceremony Packages to help the couples that would like to have a beautiful wedding day, but just cannot afford to spend a lot of money. We offer pop up style ceremonies, which are set dates at a set venue, or we can also set up at your own private venue.

Ceremony Packages which include a Celebrant, Photographer and Ceremony Styling are available for $980.

Elopement Packages which include the above, plus a cake and a toast from $1.200.

So for the couples that are getting married for the second time, or just want a small wedding, we can help you.

With our ceremony packages, and our catering services, which include, High Tea Catering, Finger Food Catering, Picnic catering, we can make your day one to be remembered for a fraction of the price.

Our business is based in Lismore, NSW and we service all the surrounding areas.

One of our newest services is Romantic Picnic Packages.  We have teamed up with Wedding Hot Rods, who will drive you to a beautiful location within the Byron Bay, Ballina or Lismore Region, for you to enjoy a vintage picnic, presented to you in a beautiful old fashioned picnic basket.  Gourmet food, old fashioned service to either pop the question, or celebrate a special day with your loved one.  So check us out, you will not be disappointed

Ceremony Packages From $980 – all inclusive

Ceremony Packages include the Celebrant, Photographer, Styling and Seating.  They are organised as a Pop Up Style Concept.  A venue is booked, a date set.  We then advertise the dates in order to attract couples that do not want a Registry wedding, but also do not want to spend a fortune on their wedding day.   Time slots are set throughout the day.  Each couple chooses the time that best suits them, and a private ceremony takes place for the couple. After the ceremony each couple can celebrate their wedding in their own way.

Dates and venues for 2016 are as follows :-

Eureka Hall, Eureka –  $980  Ceremony set up outside under a shady tree, with the hall as a back up in case of bad weather. Outstanding photo opportunities at this venue.  One hour is allocated for each couple at this venue.

Highland Retreat Clunes $1,200.  this venue offers a cabin as well for you to touch up before the ceremony, and then afterwards to have a toast.  Time allowed one and half hours.  Will receive a savoury platter or small cake for the toast as well.

We are also specialist is small wedding catering.  Finger food catering to suit your budget, High Teas with all the fine crockery, or picnic weddings.

Personalised décor is also available to order, and we can also set up a Ice Tea Station on request.

Romantic Picnic’s in Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay

We have just launched a catering package for Romantic Couples to enjoy.  So if you wish to impress your lady or Man, or wish to celebrate a anniversary or even POP THE QUESTION, High Tea Ladies and Wedding Hot Rods can help you.

The Romantic Picnic Catering and Transport Package costs $250.

You will get pick up from you residence ( only available for Ballina, Lismore and Byron Bay Areas) and taken to your picnic location within the same areas as above, in an old Fashioned Vehicle, with a well dressed chauffer.

You will be presented with a 3 course Gourmet Picnic in a Old Fashioned Picnic Basket, along with a picnic blanket and champagne glasses.

You can then enjoy your picnic quietly with your partner.

If you wish to be picked up again by the chauffer, that would need to be negotiated with Wedding Hot Rods, and a extra fee would be charged, otherwise you will need to arrange you own way back to your home.

Finger Food Caterer’s who care

Whether it is Catering for a Corporate Morning Tea, Breakfast or Lunch, or whether it is catering for a High Tea, or  catering for a Princess Party or Mad Hatters Tea Party, we take pride in the way that we present our food.  A big effort goes into the presentation, and we love receiving the feed back from our guests.

Well now we do Gourmet Picnic Catering.  We cater for small or large groups. Can be takeaway, Buffet or Picnic style.

Of course we set up your picnic with Décor as well, and make it look very trendy.  We are based in Lismore, but will travel up to 50 Klms for free, after that we do need to charge a mileage fee.

These are the catering services we can provide for you, in Lismore, Casino, Ballina, Kyogle, Coraki, Byron Bay. We will travel 50 klm for free from Lismore for free, a mileage charge after that.

Children’s Party catering –  Princess High Tea Parties or Mad Hatters Tea Parties.

Bridal Shower, Hens Parties in the form of  High Tea Catering or Picnic catering – sit down or buffet style.

Wedding Reception catering – Morning tea, Afternoon Tea or Lunch catering packages, can be either High Tea style or Picnic style.
