High Tea Ladies love to impress.  We cater and theme High Teas for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Princess Parties, Engagements, and Weddings to name a few. We deliver the fine china, linen and silverware, and then serve our gourmet treats both savoury and sweet, and then we clean up. All you do is enjoy the event.

Do you have a special lady in your life, that would love to be spoilt.?  Although High Teas are not just for the ladies, everyone can enjoy a High Tea.  Alcohol can be added and you can also experiment with alcohol tea.  Never tried it, well you are in for  a treat.

Wedding Ceremony Packages that don’t Break the Bank.

High Tea Ladies based in Lismore, not only set up and cater for a elegant high tea, they also do Pop Up Weddings.

Pop up weddings is a new concept that will save you a lot of money for your wedding ceremony.

Dates and Country Venues are set throughout the year in quaint country villages in and around Byron Bay, Lismore, Ballina, Bangalow.   For $980 we stylise a ceremony setting, supply a celebrant, and  a photographer, and seating or your guests.  Each couple has one hour for their own  personalised ceremony.  How can we keep the costs down so low you ask.  There are other couples throughout the day, so by having the professionals booked or the day, we can do a great deal for you.    So the trick is to get in and book, for the best time slot.

Elopement Packages $1,200.  These include the ceremony package, and then a celebratory drink, wedding cake, and phots cutting the cake.

If you want a reception afterwards, it is your choice if you would like to use the country hall and have a morning afternoon or early evening High Tea Wedding Reception, or whether you would like to go to a restaurant.

BRIDAL SHOWER

High Tea Ladies set up a beautiful High Tea Bridal Shower for Tara in Casino on the Saturday. Fine China Trios, Lace Tablecloths, Gourmet Savouries and Sweets.  Ribbon Sandwiches, scones Jam and Cream.

Guests enjoyed the home made treats and had lots of fun playing the games prepared.

Bridal Shower High Tea

High Tea Ladies is catering for a High Tea Bridal Shower in Casino. Theming is Red and Black, lots of fun to be had.

Our menu for the Baby Shower is  Freshly Home baked scones, Jam and Cream.

Ribbon Sandwiches – Cucumber and Minted Cream Cheese and Kumara and Mango Chutney with Walnut and Basil cream cheese,

Savouries are Stuffed Truss Cherry Tomotaes with Ricotta,pinenuts and  Fresh home grown basil and Roast pumkin with sesame seeds and Haloumi tatlets.

Sweets – Individual Brownie Cheesecakes toped with Fresh Rasberries, and  Lime and Ginger Mouse Tartlets.

Teas being served are Queen Mary, this is a plain tea and Café Latte – Coffee infused tea.

Ice Tea  is Tropical Sunrise.

We come to you, set up, serve, and clean up for any occasion.

Ovarian Cancer Fundraiser

Our Mad Hatters Tea Party was held at McLeans Ridges Hall on the 1st March.  28 guests supported the event to raise much needed funds for research for Ovarian Cancer.

Gourmet High Tea menu was shared and high quality boutique tea was served.  Fun, games and prizes,

Guests dressed up with their mad hats or costumes.  A great afternoon was had.
