Catering a Breakfast High Tea

Tomorrow in Lismore, NSW at the Lismore Council Building, High Tea Ladies are catering a Breakfast High Tea for Mental Awareness.
Menu for the Breakfast is as follow:-
Mini BLT’s – Bacon, lettuce & Tomato with Tarragon Mayo on Sourdough
Mini Frittata’s topped with Sour Cream and Chives
Individual Fruit Cups with Yoghurt
Mini Pancakes, decorated with fresh fruit or Lemon and sugar or Maple Syrup on a stick.
Fresh Orange Juice, Coffee and tea.

After Breakfast, we are selling our food to the public to cater for Lunch.
Sandwiches:- Pesto, Tomato & Fetta, Roasted Eggplant with White Bean Pesto, Bacon,Pine nuts and sweet chilli.
Vegetarian and GF Vegetable loaf
Chicken, pistachio, cranberry terrines and Mediterranean Salad or a layered salad.
Sweet snacks to have with a cup of tea or coffee
Scones, jam and cream, Truffles, melting moments, mini Cheesecakes, M & M Biscuits, sprinkle biscuits.

Ice tea, Coffee and cold drinks also for sale.

Catering for a Breakfast High Tea

Well High Tea Ladies are extremely excited about catering for a Breakfast in Lismore, NSW next week. This is our first breakfast and hopefully more will follow.

Our breakfast high tea catering menu is as follows:-

Mini Blt’s on Sourdough – Bacon, tomato and home grown lettuce with Tarragon Mayo.

Frittata’s – Freshly baked mixture of smoked salmon and vegetable

Mini Pancakes presented on a stick – Freshly made Pancakes, with maple syrup or Lemon and sugar.

Individual Fruit cups with Yoghurt

Fresh Fruit Juice, Tea and Coffee.

Work Xmas Party

It is that time of the year again when you are looking for ideas to say thankyou to your staff and treat them for Christmas.

High Tea Ladies are a great option is you are operating in the Lismore, Casino, Ballina, Kyogle, Alstonville Byron Bay region.

Think beautiful Gourmet Finger Food, all home made and you could be treated to either a function that requires Finger Food catering only, or a Sit Down High Tea style Function, or a Company Picnic.

When you think of High Tea, for some reason a lot of people think it is just a ladies thing.  Well I can assure it is not. Many a male have enjoyed our high teas.  There is plenty of food to replace a meal,  You just need to add the alacholic beverage of your choice.  We do supply the tea though. We even theme for you, making it a very impressive occasion.  Want some sort of entertainment, well we can do that to.

Picnic Option :- a company picnic is a great way to get your staff together with their families.  We can supply takeaway picnics that are delivered to you or we can go one better and organise a very unique picnic for your staff using old fashioned picnic baskets, picnic blankets etc.

We can even organise the lawn games for you.  How easy would that be.  Need help to find a location, well we can assist with that as well.

Work Social

Too busy at work to organise that social for the end of the year.  Want to say thanks to your staff for all their hard work for the year.  Without them where would your business be.

Well leave it to us, we do it all.  Just decide if you would like finger food catering at a venue, or whether you would like a sit down high tea (not just for the ladies, men enjoy nice food as well), or a company picnic.  Whatever you decide to do, we will make it happen.

Picnic’s are a great way to include your staff’s family as well.  After all the families are the ones, that support your staff member throughout the year.

Have a staff member that has but in a extra effort throughout the year, and you would like to thank them as well.  Well High Tea Ladies have a gift certificate for that as well.

All you need to do is decide where you would like to have your social.

Will it be a after hours function with Finger Food?

A picnic where your staff and families could enjoy?

A sit down function – we can do it as a high tea style.  Our packages are not just scones and jam for Morning tea, they include delicious food that can replace a meal.

Well up to you, but I can assure you, we do a great job.

Corporate options

Corporate catering is high on our list of priorities at present.  We would like to think that we do a great job in supplying a great morning or afternoon tea or lunch for our corporate customers at a reasonable price.

So now we have corporate picnics that can be used to create team work in your work place, or you can purchase a gift voucher to give to your best employee. That employee that gives all he or she has to help your business.

A great way to say thankyou.

HIGH TEA FOR ALL

Whether you are planning a Birthday, Wedding, Wake, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Corporate Morning Tea, Company Picnic, Romantic Picnic, Fundraiser or just a get together.
