Wouldn’t it be easy if all you had to do was to contact a caterer and then bingo everything is done.

Our style of catering is unique. We do High Tea Style of catering and we also do Buffet catering in picnic style, or picnic’s in old fashion picnic baskets. When we say pinic it is actually a 3 course meal, or you can change it around to meet your requirements. Food is preseneted in individual serves, so the food is lovely and fresh.

Each style includes the table decor that will match the event, so that makes it easy for you. The only things you need to organise is the tables and chairs and of course the guests. We can actually arrange the hiring of tables and chairs at a extra cost for you if you so desire.

Celebrate in Style with High Tea Ladies

Just had our own Family reunion, and the most difficult job we had was to find caterer’s to accomodate for our needs. We were a group of 30 and wanted to celebrate as a group at different locations. Apart from the BBQ we had at one of our holiday houses we were unable to enjoy the family grouup in a quite location by having a nice menu delivered for us to enjoy. I am glad to say that if you are travelling to the Northern Rivers, particularly around Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore and surrounds. High Tea Ladies can do exactly that. We will deliver and set up either a High Tea with all the fine china, o a picnic with old fashion picnic baskets, or buffet picnic, or buffet finger food. We really enjoy making your holiday the best it can be. So from a couple to a large group, we can assist. We deliver, set up and clean up. So easy, no stress, no work for you.

Wake Catering Lismore

I attended a Wake in Lismore the other day, and of course I compared the catering to what we would supply to the Guests.

Although the catering was very nice, the only freshly made items that were served was the sandwiches. Everything else was bought in frozen and just heated up. Deep fried items such as spring rolls, and vegetable bites, mini pies.

All of our catering is home made, and we deliver, set up and clean up for the wake. We go to your home , hall or chosen venue. We will also assisst in finding a venue for you to hire, if need be. To top it all off we are actually cheaper, and we offer a better service.

The wakes that we have done in the home of the life we are honouring, have been beautiful, and if it was me, I would hope that my family do that for me. What better place to have the wake, where there is the heart and soul of the person’s life you are celebrating.

HIGH TEA PICNICS

50th Birthday at Ballina Lighthouse

One of our newest service is a High Tea Picnic. We deliver in a old fashion picnic basket. The picnic basket has all the china and silvware inside to enable you to set up your High Tea Picnic.

There is a small teapot and we supply hot water flasks. Loose leaf tea to infuse and coffee bags. Picnic blankets and cushions are available for hire. We set up your High Tea Picnic ready for you to put the food out when you are ready, and you just need to text us when you are finished, and we will call back to collect.

Gourmet food is the same as you would get for a sit down High Tea, so you can enjoy the food and a view at the same time. Great for birthdays, Hens Parties or any occasion really.

We will deliver to Ballina, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Lismore, Casino for free, areas that are further than 50 klms from Lismore we do charge a mileage fee. High Tea Packages start from $26 per head.

High Tea Picnics

Well more and more we are being asked to set up a high tea Picnic style. We are able to accommodate and love doing so. We especially love doing them for a special occasion, such as a special birthday, engagement or proposal. Love doing the proposal set up’s. We try and get an idea of what the special person for whom the celebration is for likes, and we will theme to please. Especially love incorporating our lovely wicker picnic baskets into a High Tea Picnic, it just seems to finish it off, and makes for a relaxing celebration.

We have set up for Proposals, Surprise birthdays, Teens Parties and Children’s Fairy Parties. Each and every one of them have given us much pleasure, and we love seeing the pleased look on the faces of the person for who the celebration is for. This is why we do what we do.

High Tea Ladies will set up a beautiful spread to celebrate the life of your loved one. Food is home cooked to delight your guests, and all fresh ingredients are used.

Wake packages start from as little as $10 per head. Just give us a average no of guests and we will work out the amount of food that will be necessary.

We deliver to your home or hall, set up the food to be ready for the arrival of your guests from the funeral. We will then return at a time suitable to yourselves and collect. So your biggest decision is deciding on how many guests you would like to cater for.

High Tea at Your own Location

High Tea is a beautiful fun way to celebrate a very important occasion. You could try and do one yourself, which is very achievable if you have all the fine China, silverware, linen napkins and lace trimmed tablecloths. Not to mention the 3 tiered trays, China teapots and the decor to match the occasion.

Next sorting out the menu. You want it to impress your guests, so you need to go that step further with your cooking skills. Scones, do you have plain scones, coconut scones? Next do you have jam or lemon curd for the scones.

What other food will you serve? Savouries, sweets. Everyone loves a nice sweet. Oh dear, is it just getting all to much.

Loose leaf tea is a must for a High Tea. You must have good quality tea. Do you know how to infuse it? How long do your infuse tea for.?

How to keep the Romance alive

Our Romantic picnics are a great way to do something nice for your loved one. Just that small gesture goes a long way.

We had a young married couple just recently order a Romantic Picnic for their first wedding anniversary. Such a treat they said. It was lovely just sitting at our favorite location enjoying the gourmet selections of our picnic basket at our own pace. No one to hassle us. A glass of wine, cheese platter, gourmet food, peace and quite. What more can you ask for.

The hinterlands of Byron bay, Ballina and Lismore have beautiful rural scenery, to enjoy a picnic. There are lots of waterfalls to visit, and of course our stunning beaches. The beauty of a picnic presented in a old fashion picnic basket, is that you can take it anywhere you wish to go. The best part of all is if you do not wish to prepare your picnic, we do that for you. The picnic you order from us is definitely for a meal. Salads, meats, sweets, crockery, utensils, hot waters flasks and the list goes on.

Our picnics have even been used for proposals. Of course we went that extra mile and created a special set up at the chosen location, and guess what she said YES.
