Mothers Day is a day to say thank you to your Mother for everything that she has done for you over the years.  A family get together is a special way to say just that.

Not too many people these days have the nice fine china to set up in their homes to make Mothers Day special for your Mother.  Nor do they have the old fashion picnic baskets or picnic blankets to have a family picnic and make it extra special.

This is where we come to your assistance.  We  have all the fine china, and we have the old fashion picnic baskets and also the picnic rugs,  On top of that we will cook everything for you, and deliver it to your event if you are in the Byron Bay, Ballina , Lismore or Casino areas.  We not only deliver, we set up, we serve and we clean up.  So why not make your Mothers Day special and ease the burden on yourself by getting us to do it for you.

All food is home cooked, and we use the fresh ingredients from our local area, as well as from our own garden.

Ultimate Hens Parties Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore and surrounds

Ultimate High Tea Parties, and best of all we come to you.  Whether you are in a holiday house in Byron Bay or in your home in Lismore or Ballina, or anywhere in between, we will deliver, set up your High Tea, serve and clean up. All of our packages include decor for the tables, and we colour theme to your requirements.

How easy is that.  That allows you to enjoy the company of your friends and family, without having to try and organise anything on the day.

If you wish to spice up your High Tea Hens Party, we also work with Wicked Waiters, who will serve your High Tea Hens Party with no shirts on.  Just a little bit of fun for the ladies.

Not only do we do High Tea Hens Parties, we also do Gourmet Picnics.  Gourmet Picnic Hens Parties are a great way to relax with your friends, whether it is on the beach at Byron Bay, or Ballina or in a hall, or in a rural setting.

We will deliver your picnic in old fashion picnic baskets.  The picnic baskets have all the china, silverware, small teapots, serviettes, hot water flasks that is required for your picnic.

Gourmet food selections are made by yourself.  There is a variety of layered salads, layered sweets and meatloaf’s to choose from.  We can accommodate the majority of dietary requirements.

Picnic Wedding Receptions, Romantic Picnic’s or Group Picnics

Picnic’s were once the way to celebrate just about any occasion in the good old days, so if you are on holidays in the Byron Bay  and hinterlands region, or you are looking for a great way for a group to celebrate together,  High Tea Ladies have brought back the tradition, so as you can enjoy the company of your guests in a well styled setting the old fashioned way.  Depending on the size of the group or the occasion, we have different ways of setting up your picnic catering.  Picnic catering can be set up inside a shed, or hall, or can also be outside under a shady tree.   If you are planning to have outside, I would recommend that you have a plan B, just in case of bad weather.  Some of the old country halls around Lismore, Byron Bay have fantastic heritage halls, with great surrounds. You then have toilet facilities for your group as well as having your plan B.  Depending on the day, you can set up either inside or outside the hall.  All of the halls have tables and chairs included in the hiring.

For groups up to 40 guests, we can set up with picnic blankets, cushions, old fashion picnic baskets and decor to suit the occasion.   The old fashioned picnic baskets, have all the crockery, silverware, serviettes, hot water flasks, small teapot all in the baskets.  Each basket is usually set up for two guests, all though we do have a couple of larger baskets that can accommodate 4 -6 guests.

You do have the option of using tables and chairs, or you can use pallets as tables and have picnic blankets and cushions around the pallets.  Some of those set ups look amazing.

We supply the decor to suit your theme.

For larger groups we set up our picnic catering buffet style.  We will set up your buffet table with the gourmet food, and decor to suit the occasion.  Each guest will receive a beautiful cardboard picnic box to go to the buffet and select from the menu, and return to their seating.

Buffet will have a variety of gourmet salads, served in glass jars, sweets served in glass jars, individual cold meats, bread rolls.

All food is home cooked, and we source local produce to complete our menu’s.   All dietary requirements can be met.

PROPOSAL SET UP

If you order a romantic picnic with High Tea Ladies, you can add on a set up to surprise your loved one.  If you are having your picnic at your favorite location in Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore or anywhere in the Northern Rivers N.S.W. we can set up your picnic with the picnic blankets, basket, cheese platters and decor to suit the occasion.  Every effort will be made to ensure that everything is just right, and all you need to do, is just turn up.

We will return to collect, when you are finished. 

There is also a option to arrive to your picnic location in an old fashion A Ford Car if it is available, and you are having you picnic either in Byron Bay, Ballina or Lismore.

Mobile Caterer

High Tea is not all that we do.  Even though we enjoy doing our High Tea Catering  with all our fine china, lace trimmed tablecloths, silverware and all the trimmings, we also do Morning Tea Catering, Afternoon Tea Catering, Lunch and Picnic style catering.

Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea – We do not do it by halves.  We deliver your morning tea to your premises.  Serve the premium loose leaf tea in china teapots, set up your goodies on three tiered trays and then clean up for you.

Lunch – Choose of gourmet sandwiches, finger food, salads in jars and sweets in jars, or just sweets.

Picnic’s – Picnic catering can be for two or a group.  For couples or smaller groups of up to 36, we can deliver in old fashion picnic baskets for your enjoyment. All your china, utensils, serviettes, teapots etc is in the picnic basket.

Over that we would set up buffet style, and the guests would receive a cardboard picnic box to select their food and place in the picnic box. Everything is in the picnic box for your guest to enjoy his or her meal.

High Teas, afternoon teas, with our royal dolton  china is not the only thing that we do.  We also do picnic style catering.  

Picnic style catering is great for seminars to get your staff enjoying one another company and working as a team.   Home made cold meats such as Meatloaf, terrines, silverside are on the menu.  Gourmet layered salads served in jars with the dressing on the bottom, and delicious sweets to die for.

Our catering is unique and also very healthy.  We use all of the fine ingredients and all food is home cooked, giving you that extra experience.

If you are thinking of trying to raise some money for a charity that is close to your heat, we have great deals to assist with that as well.a with 10 guests or a birthday party with 100 guests we do it all.

If  we do a High Tea, whether it is for a Hens Party with 10 guests in Byron Bay, or a birthday party  in Lismore with 100 guests, we deliver, set up all the tables with the fine china, lace trimmed tablecloths, and decor to suit.  We serve and we clean up.

Picnic catering is done is Old Fashion Picnic baskets.  It can be for two, for a group or event a Wedding Reception.

Romantic Picnic packages, include cheese platters, picnic blanket, cushions, wine glasses, crockery, utensils and decor.

Picnic’s are such a lovely way to spend the day either with a couple or a group.  Romantic for couples, fun for groups.  Wedding receptions can be set up in a heap of different ways with pallets, tables and chairs or picnic blankets.  They can also be set up inside or outside.

We go to your house , hall or beach, if it is in Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay, Casino, Evans Head or surrounds.  We bring everything that you need for your celebration.

Food is all home cooked, and we can cater for all dietary requirements.

Princess Parties for your little princess is also something that we can help you with.  Special china is used for different age groups, so no worry about it getting broken.

Oh yes, if you have a loved one that has passed away, and you would like to have a special send off your them.

We do special catering for wakes.  The food is set up with tiered trays and beautiful lace trimmed tablecloths with flowers and decor to make your send off for your loved one very special.  Best of all it starts from $10 per head and includes tea and coffee.

High Tea or Picnic Hamper Catering

High Tea Parties can be used for a variety of celebrations.  Weddings, Baby Showers, Hens Parties, Birthdays, Themed events, such as Mad Hatters Tea Parties, Fundraising, Naming Ceremonies and anything in between,

Fine China, Lace trimmed tablecloths, silverware, tiered trays and home cooked savoury and sweet treats.

Old fashion service is delivered with all our packages, and best of all we come to you within our service area.

We are based in Lismore NSW and will deliver for free within a 50 km radius, after that we need to charge a mileage fee of $1 per klm one way.

Picnic Hampers can be made up for a couple or a group.  We prepare our picnic hampers in the old fashion picnic baskets, have home made picnic blankets to set the scene.

Romantic Picnic baskets are great to impress your loved one, or even propose.  We will set up a beautiful setting for the occasion.

High Tea Catering in Lismore and surrounds

We arrive at your home or venue.  We set up, we serve, and we clean up.  This allows you to enjoy your celebration.

Table decor is included with all of our packages and they start from $26 per head for adults, and $17 for children.
