High Tea Ladies love to create the best atmosphere for your celebration. We are the one stop shop for any of your celebrations, and we are mobile so we come to you.  Whether it is you home, holiday house, park, hall beach, we can do it.

Our main service is High Teas or Gourmet Picnics or we will also do finger food catering and Morning Teas.

All of our packages include a colour theme of your choice and table centers to match the occasion.

Romantic Picnic’s are one of our favorites to do.  We love helping out the men surprising their partner with a beautifully picnic for them to enjoy.  We also do proposal set up’s, they are fun to do, no one has been turned down as yet.

So from  Wedding Receptions to Princess Parties and everything in between we can create a menu and the atmosphere for a fun event.

 We service Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Casino, Kyogle, Bangalow and surrounding areas with no travel costs. Outside of these areas do incur a small travel fee.

There are two venue’s – A heritage chapel, and a Heritage Hoestead on the banks of the Richmond River, where  the bride can even arrive by boat to your wedding ceremony.

If you wish to celebrate the life of a loved one and send off in style, it would be lovely if you contacted us to give you a quote.  We will arrive at your location, set up a beautifully presented buffet with your menu selections.

Ultimate Hens Parties can be arranged at your holiday house, home, hall or anywhere in between.  We come to you with all the china, linen, silverware, serving equipment and gourmet food.

We set up we clean up and we stay and serve.

We can work with wicked waiters to serve your High Tea if you would like to add a bit of fun to your party. 

Can be a High Tea or a Hens Party Picnic.  Picnic’s are delivered in the old fashion picnic baskets with all the china and food included, along with decor to suit.

Pop Up Weddings in Lismore and surrounds

I Do Pop Up Weddings who are based in Lismore, offer amazing deals for your wedding day in the hinterlands of Byron Bay.  WE deliver excellence and for  a budget price.

Packages include a Celebrant, Venue, Decor, Photography and catering for a toast, and they start from $1.800.

These packages can be utilised on whatever date you would like to have your wedding.  The pop up wedding team will be with you all the way, making sure  everything goes smooth for your big day.

Packages include catering for 25 guests, but you can have as many guests as you like, there would just be an extra charge for extra guests.

The two venue’s that we use are Wyrallah  Chapel a  beautiful historic chapel, and  Inn-A Harmony – a renovated homestead  on the banks of the Richmond River in Coraki.  You can even arrive by  an old fashion river boat for your ceremony.  Now isn’t that a point of difference.

Catering and Decor is done by High Tea Ladies, who also over reception catering in the way of a Picnic Wedding Reception or a High Tea.

I Do Pop Up Weddings is a collective of professionals in the wedding industry, that are providing their services at discount prices, to serve the community.

Their are two venue’s Wyrallah Chapel  with a rural view overlooking the Wilson River, situated at 1151 Wyrallah Rd, Wyrallah.  There is a beautiful old fig tree on the grounds for photo opportunities,

 

 

Second Venue:- Inn-A-Harmony – a Heritage homestead on the banks of the Richmond River – manicured Lawns, Rotunda, Rainforest Walkway, Wisteria and Rose Covered Pergola.  Option to arrive at your wedding ceremony by a restored river boat, a mens shed and the list goes on,

Our packages include the Venue, Celebrant, Photographer, Decor, and catering for a toast.

There is also a Macrame Arch to hire if you are having your ceremony on your own property or a private property.   Flowers are a extra.  $260 includes the set up of your arch, without the flowers.  You would have to engage a florist or  we do have a artificial  arrangement you can have a look at.

High Tea Ladies and Wicked Waiters offer the ultimate Hens Party for the ladies on their weekend away.  Whether you are in a holiday house at Byron Bay, or at your own home or in a hall. We can deliver a beautiful High Tea with all the trimmings and home cooked food with the added extra of having young men with no shirts on serve your High Tea.   If you do not want the Wicked waiters, we also the traditional High Tea with decor to suit your requirements.

What a delightful way to spend a morning, or afternoon enjoying each others company.  

 

 

 

If you are wanting a more relaxed event, we also can set up a beautiful Gourmet Picnic on the beach, and if you wanted to have the wicked waiters at that also, we could arrange for you, or just relax enjoying the beautiful views that the Northern Rivers can deliver.

High Tea and Gourmet Picnics in Northern Rivers

If you are visiting the Northern Rivers area around Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina, you may be looking for something special to do with your family or loved ones.

The country side around Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Ballina , Lismore and Evans Head is absolutely beautiful, that together with the great weather that is experienced in the area gives you a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with a gourmet picnic.  Why should you cook?  Just order one from us.  We supply a tasty gourmet meal, presented in a old fashion picnic basket.

$35 per head for adults, includes crockery, teapot, cutlery etc.  Kids menu’s can be arranged.

 

 

If you are travelling with a group,  staying in a holiday house . we can deliver a high tea with all the trimmings.  What a great way to relax, enjoy beautiful food, have a drink, and celebrate.

You do nothing, just like going to a restaurant, except it is your own venue.

 

Childrens high teas, for young ones or older girls are also a specialty of ours.  We theme to the occasion, and deliver a menu suitable to the age group.

Wedding Ceremony Venues in the Hinterlands of Byron Bay.

I do pop up weddings have two magnificent venues for your wedding ceremony in the Hinterlands of Byron Bay just outside of Lismore. So if you live in Lismore, Casino, Ballina, Kyogle or surrounds, or if you are travelling to the area to get married or elope, it would pay you to check out the two venues.

Both venues have  so much history and character, you will be amazed and delighted to have the opportunity to unit as a couple and start your new life together.

Wyrallah Chapel can seat up to 80 guests and there is standing room as well.

Coraki homestead( Inn-A-Harmony) is right on the banks of the Richmond River, there is a BB for accommodation, a Men’s Shed for the guests to gather while waiting for the bride, a  beautiful  garden walk to enter  the rotunda for the cereony  or you can arrive by a river boat.

Manicured gardens, with a very large oak tree out the back.  Lots of photo opportunities, and very peaceful.   

At both venue’s a Picnic Wedding Reception can be organised by High Tea Ladies.  Beautiful old fashion picnic baskets, picnic blankets and tables for the older guests.  How relaxing that would be, and how much fun.  Both venue’s can provide a plan B in case of bad weather.

 

I Do Pop Up wedding Team have put packages together to assist young couples to have a re memorable wedding day for a lot less cost.  Each professional of the team is highly qualified and will provide exceptional service to the family involved.
