Proposal Set Up – We will set up a romantic picnic at a chosen location with extra decor to suit the occasion. Picnic rugs, flowers, decor. We can even arrange a photographer to catch the moment for your memories.
Romantic Picnics – Old fashion picnic basket, with picnic blanket, cheese platter, wine or champagne glasses, gourmet food, premium tea. Romantic picnics can be picked up, or we can deliver and set up for a small fee.
Group Picnics – Group picnics for 30 we set up the picnics buffet style. Buffet style can be for as many guests as you would like. We set up the buffet table with the salads, cold meats and sweets, along with decor to suit the occasion. We supply cardboard picnic boxes for the guests to come to the buffet and select their menu. They then return to the table or picnic blankets to enjoy their meal. Ice tea or hot tea is incuded.
Wakes :- If you have a loved one that you would like to send off with a beautiful catering selection, we are the caterers to select. Our packages start from $10 per head. We will deliver the food to the venue, set up on three tiered trays, and return to clean up afterwards. We supply tea and coffee and disposable plates and serviettes. Just a phone call, no stress we do it all.
Corporate Morning tea and Afternoon tea – Just need to give us your budget, and we will deliver a morning tea to suit your requirements. We set it up, and return to collect. Also suitable for lunch catering.

Whether you are planning a High Tea or a Picnic for a Baby Shower, Hens Party, Wedding Reception, Birthday, Princess Party, company morning tea, wake or just a get together, we can assist you. We deliver within the northern rivers in NSW mainly around Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore, Casino, Bangalow and surrounds. Of course we do go further afield.
All of our food is home cooked, and we deliver to your location, we set up, we serve and we clean up.
High Tea Packages include all the fine china, lace trimmed tablecloths, silverware and of course the gourmet food and high quality tea.
Picnic Packages include the picnic presented in old fashion picnic baskets which have china, silverware, small teapot, infusers, hot water flasks, serviettes and the gourmet picnic selections.
Gourmet cold meats such as Chicken Terrines, meatloaf, vegetable loaf. Salads are presented in glass jars and are layered with the dressing on the bottom, so as the salad does not go soggy. Sweets are also presented in glass jars.
Picnic blankets and cushions can be hired at a very reasonable price of $8 a picnic blanket.
Romantic Picnic set ups, and Proposal set up’s can be arranged at your favorite location.
Proposal set ups to pop the question, can also have a old fashion A Ford Car added if you would like to really impress, and we can arrange a photographer for your day to remember.
If you would like to have a wake catered in your home or a chosen venue, we will deliver, set up and return to clean up, so as you have nothing to worry about except to celebrate the life of your loved one.
We will supply a combination of sandwiches, savouries and sweets to suit your budget, with tea and coffee. Ice tea can also be organised on those hot days.
Wake packages start from as little as $10 per head.

High Tea is not all that we do. Even though we enjoy doing our High Tea Catering with all our fine china, lace trimmed tablecloths, silverware and all the trimmings, we also do Morning Tea Catering, Afternoon Tea Catering, Lunch and Picnic style catering.
Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea – We do not do it by halves. We deliver your morning tea to your premises. Serve the premium loose leaf tea in china teapots, set up your goodies on three tiered trays and then clean up for you.
Lunch – Choose of gourmet sandwiches, finger food, salads in jars and sweets in jars, or just sweets.
Picnic’s – Picnic catering can be for two or a group. For couples or smaller groups of up to 36, we can deliver in old fashion picnic baskets for your enjoyment. All your china, utensils, serviettes, teapots etc is in the picnic basket.
Over that we would set up buffet style, and the guests would receive a cardboard picnic box to select their food and place in the picnic box. Everything is in the picnic box for your guest to enjoy his or her meal.
