There are two venue’s situated in the hinterlands of Byron Bay.  Wyrallah Chapel, a beautiful heritage chapel with a rural setting overlooking the Richmond River and a Classic old homestead called Inn-A Harmony, set on the banks of the Richmond River.  Manicured Gardens, rain forest garden entry to Rotunda.   There is an option for the Bride to arrive to the venue via a refurbished boat.  What a statement.

 

Packages start from $1,800 and include catering for a toast by High Tea Ladies.

 

If you have your own private venue we have two arch set ups that can be hired as well, either by itself or in a package deal.

Further options to have a Picnic Wedding reception is also available.

Affordable Wedding Ceremonies with style from $1,600

I Do Pop Up Weddings deliver a very affordable package for young couples.  So if you are looking for a Wedding Ceremony on a budget, and wish to still have a memorable day that you deserve, we are here to please.  Our packages include the Venue, Celebrant, photographer, Decor and limited catering.    Our two venue’s are in the Lismore Hinterlands, not far from Byron Bay.  

Packages can be used on any chosen date, that you would like, depending on demand.

Our packages will save you money, as well as time, as everything is done for you.  Great for the couple that do not want to spend a lot of money on their wedding, and would rather have a great honeymoon or save for a house.   So instead of going to Byron Bay, come to the Hinterlands of Lismore, you will not be sorry.

We also offer Wedding Receptions that can be held inside a country hall, or at either of our Venues as an optional extra.  Picnic Wedding Receptions, so relaxing and great fun.  We use the old fashion picnic baskets, and set everything up for you either on the lawn, or inside a hall.  

Our beautiful heritage chapel  “Wyrallah Chapel”  is a beautiful heritage chapel, with polished floors, red carpet and the works.  Can seat up to 80 guests, and there is room for standing.  

The church sits up on a hill, delivering fantastic rural views along the Richmond River.  

Our Second Venue is a Coraki Homestead called “Inn-A-Harmony”.  A perfect location for your Wedding Ceremony.  Grand entrance, with a pergola for your wedding ceremony. manicured gardens.  You can even arrive by a reconditioned river boat if you so desire.

 

Macrame Arch Packages are also available or Arch hire alone to have at your own private venue.

High Tea Parties or Gourmet Picnics for any occasion.

Whether you are having a Ladies get together, a Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Wedding Reception, Baby Shower, Hens Party, Princess Party, Teens High Tea or even a wake.

If you live in Byron Bay, Ballina, Casino, Lismore, Alstonville, Evans Head or anywhere in between, we can make your celebration one to remember.

High Tea Ladies are mobile, and will arrive at your venue with everything you need except the tables and chairs.  We set up, we serve and we clean up.  So easy for the host to enjoy his or her event.

Group Picnics are a great way to have a celebration with your staff, family and friends.  Picnic’s can be set up with old fashioned picnic baskets, or buffet style.  They can be set up inside or outside.

If you  are doing a bus trip, or a progressive dinner, we can set up at a location, ready for you to arrive.  So why not have some fun.

Picnic Wedding Receptions, Byron Bay, Lismore, Ballina and surrounds

High Tea Ladies can create a beautiful setting for your Wedding Reception.  Just think of a relaxed wedding reception, and best of all you can do it your way.  Guests are relaxed and enjoy the beautiful gourmet salads, gourmet mini loaves, fresh bread rolls, and sweets.   All salads are individually served in glass jars.  The salads are layered salads, with the dressing on the bottom of the jar. So your salad does not go soggy.  Sweets are also served in a glass jar – very effective.  

Ice tea can be served in decanters with small milk bottles for guests to drink from.  All you need to do is add the alcohol if you would like it.

Cheese platters served on treated logs, which gives a great effective setting.  

Picnic settings can be set up with pallets, low tables, straw bails, or picnic blankets.   Picnic’s can be set up inside a hall or outside on the lovely green grass.  It is always a good idea to have a plan B if you are considering a outside wedding reception.

Of course we can do Picnic’s for any occasion.  Birthday’s, Engagements, Family Reunions, Company Picnics.

If you are looking for a stress free wedding and would like everything done for you, and would still like very special, we can help.

Lismore has the Best Kept Secret for you to enjoy on your big day.  Wyrallah Chapel is a historical chapel, built in 1800, located in a beautiful country setting, near the banks of the Wilson River.

The Chapel will be fitted out with decor, red carpet the works, the celebrant is organised, and you will have a professional photographer for one hour.

Catering is done for a toast after the ceremony.  There is a old oak tree on the property where there is plenty of photo opportunities.  Also a great location for the toast.

There is a back room also.

Elopments, Second Marriage, or Renewal of Vows

Every couple who is engaged has a dream wedding planned in their head.  Some would like a extravagant affairs and other couples would like a simple but nice wedding to say their vows and enjoy the day in a relaxed atmosphere. 

Not wanting  the traditional wedding, and would like to enjoy a relaxed  day with their family and friends.

I do pop up weddings and High Tea Ladies are trying to deliver that to the couples in the Lismore, Casino, Kyogle and surrounding areas of the Northern Rivers.

Packages include the Wyrallah Chapel – a beautiful historical chapel set on a hill in a country setting.

A celebrant – Very professional and experienced celebrant who will deliver your own personal ceremony.

A photographaer –  on hour of photography, presented beautifully on a usb.

Decor for the Chapel and catering for your toast after you are married.

Relaxing wedding receptions are also offered in the form of a High Tea, or Picnic, or Finger Food Catering.  Decor is supplied for all catering.

We are two older ladies, that deliver Old fashioned service, with old fashioned prices.   All food is home cooked, and local produce is used as much as possible.

High Tea Hens Party in Federal, NSW

19 Lovely Ladies celebrated a Hens Party with a High Tea catered by High Tea Ladies.  The Venue was magnificent.

A secluded retreat called La Damia,  just  outside of Federal.

Menu was:-

Scones, Jam and Cream, Sesame Beef on Cucumber, Roasted Pumpkin, sesame and Haloumi tartlets, Ribbon Sandwiches – Minted Cream Cheese and cucumber and Sweet Potato with Mango Chutney.

Sweets:-  Lemon Curd Tartlets, Triple Choc cheese cakes, Cherry ripe cheesecakes.

Gourmet Picnics in the Northern Rivers

Looking for a less formal Wedding Reception and you would like your reception in the Northern Rivers area, around Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Kyogle, Casino and Nimbin.

Want a fun Hens Party?  Thought of a Picnic or even a High Tea with shirtless male waiters.

Gourmet Picnics can be set up inside or outside.  You can have tables and chairs set up with tablecloths, or Picnic Blankets.  You can have low tables with cushions, or even hay  bales.  Your choice.  There are so many ways you can set up a picnic wedding reception.

When we do a large Wedding, we normally suggest that the Wedding Party and the Official Guests have the old fashioned Picnic Baskets, and the guests have unique cardboard picnic baskets that are for one person.  Picnic Menu is set up in a buffet style, and the guests are able to choose their own selections.

Works Well.
