WEDDING CEREMONY PACKAGES TO SUIT YOUR BUDGET -Packages are made up of professional wedding vendors offering their services at a reduced price to assist couples.

THESE CEREMONIES ARE GREAT FOR ELOPEMENTS, SECOND MARRIAGES, RENEWAL OF VOWS OR FOR A YOUNG COUPLE THAT WOULD LIKE TO SAVE MONEY ON THEIR WEDDING BUT STILL HAVE A BEAUTIFUL CEREMONY TO REMEMBER

Our pop up wedding service will supply you with an affordable Country Venue, with a unique ceremony setting.

Your Ceremony Package   $1,950

A celebrant who will deliver you a personalised ceremony. The celebrant will look after all the legal requirements and assist you with your vows.

We have the choice of two celebrants.

 Professional Photographer 

Our professional Photographer will photograph your ceremony for one hour.  This allows you to have photography done after the ceremony.

Our Photographer’s style is natural photography and will capture those special shots of your day.  There is an option to extend the time of the photographer for before the ceremony or at a reception if you wish to obtain extra photography.

CATERING

After your ceremony High Tea Ladies will have a buffet of selected sweets or savouries or a cheese platter for your guests to toast the happy couple.

Catering will include either cold drinks, or tea and coffee for your guests. 3 – 4 selections of either savoury or sweet treats or a cheese platter for up to 25 guests. (over that there will be a small charge of $6 per head)

The buffet will be set up at the same location as the ceremony, and High Tea ladies will clear up after the guests have finished.   Buffet will be served with disposable cups. plates & serviettes.   Serving table will have a white tablecloth and china serving plates. 

Options are available to add on a High Tea Wedding Reception or a Picnic Wedding Reception in a beautiful country hall if you would like that option.

Catering is done by High Tea Ladies.  Wedding Receptions 

VENUE

We do have a couple of venues that we use on a regular basis but we are able to provide our packages at your own private venue if you would prefer.

WYRALLAH CHAPEL

 Wyrallah Chapel, is a heritage chapel in Wyrallah. The venue has rural views, set up high on a hill with plenty of nostalgia.  Grounds are beautifully maintained.  There is parking for your guests,and a large tree on the grounds providing plenty of shade and fantastic photo opportunities.

Bali Flags are available if  you wish to use them, they can be placed on the steps of the chapel, or the entrance of the grounds.  Music System –  blue tooth from your phone or ipad is available.  You will need to have someone attending to the selection of music on the day.

Signing table is in the chapel and High Tea Ladies will have decor to match your style throughout the chapel and the on the signing table.

If you are only having a small number of guests there is an option of having a picnic  or buffet on the grounds of the chapel under the shady trees.  A picnic can be set up buffet style with tables and chairs. 

 

 

CLUNES OLD SCHOOL

Clunes old School is another popular venue that we use.  As it indicates it was originally the Clunes Primary School.  It is now used as a community centre.  There are two outside covered stage areas for use, a bbq area, and beautiful shady tress.

The back stage is normally used for the ceremony, and we use the top stage for the food area.  The back stage has beautiful rural views from the back of the stage, and grass area in the front of the stage.  Chairs can be set up for guests to sit on the grass area. 

Your Ceremony will be set up on the back stage.  Decor to suit your style will be done on the day.  A signing table will also be provided.

There is also a option to set up a picnic style wedding reception, under the shady tress, either with picnic blankets, tables and chairs or a combination of both.
