High Tea Party Packages

Our High Tea Parties are great for Baby Showers, Birthdays, Hens Parties, Wedding Receptions or just get togethers. We operate in Lismore, Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay, Alstonville, Wollongbar, Brunswick Heads and Mullumbimby and surrounding areas.

All of our food is Home Cooked ready for you to enjoy.

We supply everything for your High Tea Except the tables and chairs.

Typical Set up of a High Tea

Self Serve High Tea Option

Your High Tea will be delivered with everything you need for a High Tea. The fine crockery, silverware, 3 tiered trays, lace trimmed tablecloths, linen serviettes, centre piece arrangements, limited décor for the table as well your High Tea Gourmet food. 

High Tea Ladies  set the supplied tables to perfection, Put together the 3 tiered trays for your convenience, and then leave you to enjoy your High Tea with your guests at your own pace. The food will be in containers in our esky, so you can just put on the trays when you are ready.

  At an arranged time High Tea Ladies will return to collect all of the crockery and equipment.  Everything will need to be  washed and stacked ready for us to pack on our arrival.    Please do not but our fine china in a dishwasher it will crack.

Full Service High Tea Option

     This is the option if you would like to sit back and relax with your guests and not worry about a thing – as we do it all.

High Tea Ladies will arrive at your venue, with all the fine china, silverware, tablecloths, linen serviettes, table décor and 3 tiered trays.

High Tea Ladies will set the provided tables, with the fine china, silverware and décor to ensure that the tables look fantastic for your guests arrival.

Once all of your guests have arrived, High Tea ladies will serve your High Tea (if you have ordered the full service option) in 3 different stages.  First the scones with freshly made pots of loose leaf tea.  Second the Ribbon sandwiches and the savouries and last put not least the delicious sweets.

Tables are cleared, crockery washed and packed, and all you need to do is enjoy the day.

Parties usually go for around the 2 hours. We will arrive at your home or venue approximately  30 – 40 mins prior to the starting time of your party to give us time to have everything ready for your party.

No Minimum Numbers for our package, but we do have a Minimum spend of $200.  Self Serve Packages if in Lismore or Alstonville can be less than $200 value as long as you are situated within a 20Klm from Goonellabah. If you have a small number of guests and still wish to have a High Tea, please see below for our takeaway packages.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Tables will be set with Lace trimmed white tablecloths, with linen serviettes that have been colour coded to your request. White or coloured runners for the middle of the tables, plus decor to suit the occasion.

Each guest will receive a trio of fine china, with silver cake fork and teaspoon. Food will be served on a combination of china flat trays and tiered trays. Hot Tea is served in china teapots with high quality loose leaf tea.

Meunu’s:- Our menu’s are constantly changing according to the local produce that is available at the time of the year.

Children’s Menus are created to suit the age of the child. Special crockery for children depending on the age of the children is supplied. If you have your own china etc we can just do the catering for you. Prices will depend on the food that you order.

We supply everything for your High Tea except the Tables and Chairs.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

ICE TEA :- Ice tea is a lovely addition to your High Tea Party. Guests can enjoy a Ice Tea on arrival to your event. We serve the ice tea is large glass decanters, and the guests drink the ice tea from small glass milk bottles with straws.

$30 3 litres, $35 4 litres, $40 5 litres

GAMES:- If you would like to have a bit of fun at your High Tea Event we can provide games and prizes that are a lot of fun. All games are played at the table so easy to get your guests involved.

$60 for two games and prizes $30 for one game

Flowers Crowns

You can add on a workshop to make you own Flower Crowns. Cost is $45 per person. Workshop goes for one hour. All materials are provided, and you are guided by the Florist.

Theming:– If you wish to theme a High Tea for example ” Mad Hatters” We do have some equipment to assist you with your theme, but there may be an extra cost involved depending on what you want.

Takeaway High Teas can be organised for smaller groups.

FOOD ONLY $32 Adults $24 Child

Food will be presented in a picnic box in takeaway containers. 8 selections of food. 2 Scones, jam and cream, 2 ribbon sandwiches, 2 savouries, 2 sweets. container of loose leaf tea. Child gets the same but we will change the menu to suit the childs age .
