Our High Tea Catering and Gourmet Picnic Catering is growing constantly.  To make our parties and picnics a very special occasion, we try out new menu’s to delight the taste buds.  So next time you need a caterer for a morning tea, afternoon tea or lunch, check us out.

A Gourmet Picnic is a great way to create Unity and workmanship in your business, when next you have a social or seminar. Why not have a fun end of year social with a picnic, fun and games.  How great that would be on a lovely summers day.

The majority of our produce is grown in our own garden, and we use as much local produce as possible.

Princess Parties in Lismore and surrounds

High Tea Ladies create a beautiful atmosphere for your little princess.  We set up a High Tea to suit the age group.

China for the older princesses and beautiful non breakable for the younger princesses.

Birthday girl receives a gift.  Menu is created to suit the age group.

Princess Party Brings Joy to Grandma

Our latest Princess Party that we set up with Beautiful China, Pink Décor, Bows on Chairs and Gourmet Food themed to the Princess theme, had us a little worried for awhile.

It was a surprise for the 12yr old birthday girl.  Members of the family such as Aunty, Mother and Grandma were included in the party celebrations.  The parents new they were having a high tea and were all very excited.

As it was a surprise we were let into the house by the person who organised the party so as we could set up and be ready for the return of the guests.  Upon arrival of the guest, the children were sooooo surprised and loved the set up.  After they settled down a little, and decided to sit down at the table, Karen and I were beginning to start serving the food, when we noticed Grandma at the end of the table.  She was crying. Oh dear, what is wrong we asked. Her Reply was “it is all just so beautiful and I am crying with joy.  Thankyou so much for making my grand daughters birthday so beautiful.

This is why Karen and I loved creating a beautiful High Tea for our guests.  It gives us joy to see the expression on peoples faces when we set up the tables for their high tea, and then when they love our home made cooking, that is even better.

Xmas In July High Tea

We are preparing for our Xmas in July Fundraiser for the Women’s and Children’s Refuge in Lismore, being held on the 18th July, at Eureka Hall. at 2pm.

Catering with Finger food themed for xmas.  Savouries and Sweets, such as Mini Cranberry and Bri Tartlets, Festive Savoury Tarts., Cherry Cheesecake Bars, Xmas Truffles and Rum Balls.

Games are all organised, should be a fun afternoon.

Princess Parties or Mad Hatters Tea Parties

Spoiling you little princess with a princess High Tea Party is a great way to celebrate her birthday.  Or if you would like to have some fun a Mad Hatters Theme or Alice in Wonderland is another fun way to have a High Tea.

The girls love it, and we love seeing the look on their face, when we set up for them.

Celebrate their Life Story

Wakes are a great way to celebrate the life of your loved ones.  Most wakes are held either in the morning, afternoon or lunch.  So here is a great opportunity to celebrate with a High Tea Setting, either buffet style or sit down.  Most go for the buffet style, allowing guests to mingle and talk about the wonderful life of  the person who has just departed this world as we know it.
