Is it the cost, or just can’t be bothered trying to organise everything.? Well did you know that if you live or would like to get married in the Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore Region, High Tea Ladies have the answer for you.

Ceremony Packages that do not break the bank.  Our packages include the celebrant, photographer, Ceremony Styling, limited seating, signing table and start from $980.

Elopement Packages start from $1,200 and include extras, such as a  small cake, and a toast to celebrate.

Pop up wedding style is the answer to your problem.  We book a venue, we style it, and then the professionals give discounts on their services, as we can marry aprox 4 couples throughout the day.  Each couple has their own private ceremony in the allocated time that they have chosen.  You can even add your own personal touch to the styling if you wish.

So if you are trying to set the date, and would like to get married sooner rather than later, why not check us out.

Of course if you would like a small reception, we can do that for you as well.

I do pop up weddings, which is part of the High Tea Ladies business are offering Ceremony Packages starting from $980. Packages include the Celebrant, photographer, Ceremony Styling and the Venue.  What more can you ask for.

A date is set, a venue chosen, and then the couples who choose the date, are allocated a time throughout the day for their own private wedding ceremony.  The idea is for a number of couples to use the location on the same day, and that is how we can offer the ceremonies at a reduced price.

High Tea, Gourmet Picnics or Children’s Parties

Looking for unique catering for your special occasion, and your event will be in Lismore, Byron Bay, Ballina, Casino or Kyogle region, we would love to help you. High Teas or Gourmet Picnic’s can be set up as a sit down event, or buffet style. They can also be inside or out.  They are great for seminars, group meetings, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Wakes, Weddings, Hens Parties, family reunions.  Do not think a High Tea is just an afternoon tea.  They are much more than that, and can be designed for any time of the day including breakfast.  We bring everything for your special occasion, leaving you to only worry about the tables, chairs and of course inviting your quests.  Hosts can relax and enjoy the celebrations.

Gourmet Picnics

Whether your are planning a picnic for a couple or for a large group.  We are able to help you with your arrangements.

We have old fashioned picnic baskets, with all the crockery, serviettes etc.  Gourmet menu to suit the occasion for a very reasonable price.  Picnic baskets can be ordered and picked up, or we can deliver.

Group Picnics can be held inside or outside.  Old Country halls are a great place to have a group picnic.  Picnics can be set up buffet style, with each guest being able to select their own picnic and go sit down at the table or picnic blanket with their own little picnic basket,.

Or they can be set up with individual old fashioned picnic baskets, with a picnic blanket.

So much fun for Weddings, or family reunions.  Old fashioned games can be played, such as sack bag racing, egg and spoon race.

So if you are in the Northern Rivers, NSW or live in Lismore, Ballina, Casino, Kyogle, Coraki or surrounds, you are the lucky ones, and can make the most of this great facility.

We have introduced  new services to our catering and Ceremony Packages to help the couples that would like to have a beautiful wedding day, but just cannot afford to spend a lot of money. We offer pop up style ceremonies, which are set dates at a set venue, or we can also set up at your own private venue.

Ceremony Packages which include a Celebrant, Photographer and Ceremony Styling are available for $980.

Elopement Packages which include the above, plus a cake and a toast from $1.200.

Ceremony Packages From $980 – all inclusive

Ceremony Packages include the Celebrant, Photographer, Styling and Seating.  They are organised as a Pop Up Style Concept.  A venue is booked, a date set.  We then advertise the dates in order to attract couples that do not want a Registry wedding, but also do not want to spend a fortune on their wedding day.   Time slots are set throughout the day.  Each couple chooses the time that best suits them, and a private ceremony takes place for the couple. After the ceremony each couple can celebrate their wedding in their own way.

Dates and venues for 2016 are as follows :-

Eureka Hall, Eureka –  $980  Ceremony set up outside under a shady tree, with the hall as a back up in case of bad weather. Outstanding photo opportunities at this venue.  One hour is allocated for each couple at this venue.

Highland Retreat Clunes $1,200.  this venue offers a cabin as well for you to touch up before the ceremony, and then afterwards to have a toast.  Time allowed one and half hours.  Will receive a savoury platter or small cake for the toast as well.

We are also specialist is small wedding catering.  Finger food catering to suit your budget, High Teas with all the fine crockery, or picnic weddings.

Personalised décor is also available to order, and we can also set up a Ice Tea Station on request.
