When I am on holidays I do not wish to cook or do any hard work. Both of these options are a great way to achieve just that. Everything is done for you, and all you need to do is sit back and enjoy your well deserved holiday. Isn’t that what it is all about?
A High Tea at your Holiday home is very achievable. There is always a table at your holiday home. A high tea can be delivered to your holiday home. It will have all the gourmet food, fine china, silverware, lace trimmed tablecloth, linen serviettes, table centre and of course the loose leaf tea. Everything will be set up on the provided table, and then the High Tea will be served to you. After the High Tea is finished, the tables will be cleared, and all the washing up done for you. Now isn’t that the way to go. You enjoy the great experience and we do the work. No stress, no hassle. Games can be added to the event, to make the High Tea even more fun.
When you are staying at a stunning location, it is sometimes nice to enjoy the great outdoors. Once again we can accommodate you by providing a picnic set up as a High Tea. We provide the low tables, and the cushions to create a beautiful atmosphere for you to enjoy outside. We set the low picnic tables with all the fine china etc. We can stay and serve if you wish, or we can leave you with everything and will return later to clear for you. Once again you do nothing except enjoy.

Just had our own Family reunion, and the most difficult job we had was to find caterer’s to accomodate for our needs. We were a group of 30 and wanted to celebrate as a group at different locations. Apart from the BBQ we had at one of our holiday houses we were unable to enjoy the family grouup in a quite location by having a nice menu delivered for us to enjoy. High Tea Ladies are two retired ladies that wish to make a difference with your catering requirements. Every celebration is unique, and as caterers we go out of our way to ensure that your catering will suit the event.
We are the only caterer’s in the Northern Rivers who do catering in glass jars. So unique and special, and can suit any occasion. We call it picnic catering, but really it is just a special way to serve your food.
Gourmet salads in glass jars. The dressing is on the bottom of the jar, so your salad does not go soggy. If you have a special salad that you would like, you only need to ask us, and we can do it for you. Our meat loaf range is great, including all forms of meat to vegetarian,
This style of catering is suitable for any occasion. Weddings, Engagements, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Hens Parties anything really.
We can do any size group buffet style and up to 40 guests with the old fashion picnic baskets. Our picnic baskets have all the china, cutlery etc in the baskets.
Everything is supplied for your buffet when you get High Tea Ladies to cater for you. We supply the tablecloth for the buffet table, and all the picnic boxes, cutlery , and serviettes is supplied with the order.
OF course our High Tea Catering is one that we are also very proud of. All of our packages include delivery, set up, service and clean up, and we come to your, whether it is your home, holiday house, hall or park. The only thing we do not supply is the tables and chairs, but we can assist with the hiring of it if you wish, as we do have contacts with some suppliers.
WAKES :- this is a special part of our catering, and we are always so privileged to be asked to cater for a loved one that has passed. We make the catering very special, and will work with the family to ensure it is just right. Again we will come to your house, hall, or anywhere with everything that you need. Packages start from as little as $10 per head, or you can just give us a budget, and we will supply the food to match your budget.
Princess Parties :- can be designed for little ones or big girls. we have different crockery to suit all age groups.
We have introduced a pop up wedding Ceremony package to our business as well. Again we are trying to help ;the young ones with their wedding plans. It is just so expensive to have a wedding these days, and I can assure you we can do a wedding for a fraction of the cost, and it will be wonderful and a day to remember.
Ceremony packages start from as little as $1,850 and include the celebrant, photographer, venue, decor and finger food catering for a toast.

Group Picnics – Group picnics for 30 we set up the picnics buffet style. Buffet style can be for as many guests as you would like. We set up the buffet table with the salads, cold meats and sweets, along with decor to suit the occasion. We supply cardboard picnic boxes for the guests to come to the buffet and select their menu. They then return to the table or picnic blankets to enjoy their meal. Ice tea or hot tea is incuded.
Wakes :- If you have a loved one that you would like to send off with a beautiful catering selection, we are the caterers to select. Our packages start from $10 per head. We will deliver the food to the venue, set up on three tiered trays, and return to clean up afterwards. We supply tea and coffee and disposable plates and serviettes. Just a phone call, no stress we do it all.
Corporate Morning tea and Afternoon tea – Just need to give us your budget, and we will deliver a morning tea to suit your requirements. We set it up, and return to collect. Also suitable for lunch catering.

High Teas are a great way to celebrate any occasion, and as we serve high quality loose leaf teas, including green tea and herbal tea, there is a lot of choice, and we can usually please all tastes.High Teas can be a sit down event or can be set up buffet style. Either way we deliver, set up, serve , and clean up. Decor for the tables is included in every package, and we colour co-ordinate to your theme.
Ice tea is a great idea to have for when the guests arrive, and waiting for the High Tea to begin. We serve in a decanter with small milk bottles and straws. Looks very nice.
Group picnics are another lovely way to have a Baby Shower, Christening or Blessing way. They are a little bit more relaxed, and you can create a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We deliver our picnic’s in old fashion picnic baskets. The picnic baskets have crockery, small teapots, cutlery, serviettes, hot water flasks in them for your event. You choose your gourmet selections for your picnic, and they are presented inside the picnic basket in a small esky. Picnic Blankets can be set up with special decor to suit the occasion.
